Jenneke Slaets (they/them) is a freelance dancer, choreographer and teacher. They obtained a master in Film and Theatre Studies at Universiteit Antwerpen and a master in Dance at Royal Conservatoire Antwerp.
In the research project 'Object-Oriented Choreographies: Rethinking Agency and Materiality in Dance', they take on the role of artistic and educational researcher by coordinating the practice-based experiments developed together with Jef Van Den Abbeele. Their contribution combines an artistic, embodied approach to dance with a reflective and pedagogical orientation.
