Every year, vzw Bolster organises a benefit performance with a high-quality artistic programme and the honouring of a leading personality from the world of the performing arts as Maestro Honoris Causa.
On 4 November, alumni of the Bachelor dance programme present Another Sacre, the performance they created with Alain Platel and Bérengère Bodin in 2021. In Another Sacre, twelve young dancers move to Stravinsky's famous composition Le Sacre du Printemps. They dance with one goal: to vibrate together. They incorporate everything that nurtured their love for dance, including that what they thought they had to unlearn.
Choreographer Alain Platel will receive the award of Maestro Honoris Causa from the hands of president of vzw Bolster, governor Cathy Berx.
