What is poetry without music? Universally praised and prize-winning (urban) poet Peter Holvoet-Hanssen (b. 1960) goes back to the source of poetry - from whirlwind to stillness - with a masterful musical companion: Sebastian Enriques (b. 1997). The versatile accordionist turns his instrument into a nimble satellite dish, fragile and breakable, then playful and virtuoso. He fires up a whole spectrum of different compositions, which he performs with the greatest enthusiasm. The troubadour leads the audience to his most beautiful 'song and music box poems', in search of the ultimate melody in which both happiness and suffering are captured. Music and poetry: a sparkle in the darkness. While outside noise and pollution are advancing, ecstasy and experience are glowing in the magic ball of these 'snow makers'.
Creative project by Sebastian Dierckx with Peter Holvoet-Hanssen (poet), Sebastian Enriques (accordeon).
