"Taste the sound" is a performance where all the senses (sight, hearing, smell and taste) are involved in a journey through a typical dish of Spanish gastronomy: paella. In it, Dane tells us about his trip to the Valencian community, a region located in the east of Spain, where he has the opportunity to taste the different ways in which paella is cooked.
