Born in Torino, Italy in 1993, Francesca Chiodi Latini is a performer and choreographer based in Leuven, Belgium.
She’s been working for Voetvolk/Lisbeth Gruwez since 2017: currently as assistant and rehearsal director (Hunters & Collectors, 2023 and Into the Open, 2022) and previously performing in The Sea Within (2018).Since 2019 Francesca is a Trajectory Artist at wpZimmer in Antwerp. In 2017 she graduated from the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp (Bachelor in Dance). She is director and choreographer for roundABOUT#Indrė by Zonzo Compagnie (2022). JARDIN POILU, her first piece premiered at the C-Takt festival in 2020 in C-Mine (Genk) and was performed during Love At First Sight (Antwerp) and Dans in Brugge (2022). The concept of the piece was pitched during the Roel Verniers Price in 2017 in the context of het TheaterFestival. She has previously performed for: Virgilio Sieni (Atlante del Gesto, Prada Foundation, Milan, 2015), Marcelo Evelin (Batucada, kunstenfestivaldesarts 2014) and Corinne Lanselle (Room 83, Paris, 2013). Francesca is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Level 1, 2021).
