At the 2019 Theatre Festival, Evgenia Brendes received the "Theatre Award for most appreciated acting performance - women", for her role as Dounia B. in the youth performance of the same name by MarthaTentative and HetPaleis. 'With a particularly rich palette of colours, she gives shape to her character. Her energy is disarming. She manages to touch the hearts of young and old in various ways. Throughout the performance, she plays sharp, playful and sparkling like a glass of champagne,' the jury report read.
In 2022, Evgenia performed in Zuidpool's concert performance 'War of the beasts and the animals', directed by Jorgen Cassier.
