The subject of Musical Practice is a common thread in the curriculum of Bachelor students. For composition students, this means collaboration with E-XXI (Ensemble XXI for contemporary music), participation in the Choir and project-based initiatives, linked to their own discipline, but also interdisciplinary.
Every student (Bachelor and Master) can broaden their horizons by participating in numerous master classes, lecture recitals in collaboration with deSingel, or study tours.
Master classes from the recent past: Arne Deforce, Bruno Ferreira, Coryn Roland, Zev Gordon Michael, Claude Ledoux, Jean-Luc Fafchamps, Benoit Mernier, Chris Austin, Maya Verlaak, Sofia Gubaidulina, Peteris Vasks, Brett Dean and Jörg Widmann, Marcin Habela, Simon Steen-Andersen and Mayke Nas.
All concerts, performances and masterclasses are announced in our calendar and in our newsletter.
