Paul Nougé gives the first conference and signs the birth of the Belgian Surrealist Group at the Palace of Fine Arts in Charleroi. The subject of this conference? Music and its power over beings and their lives.
This exhibition aims to tell the story of this artistic movement, which still marks the lives of Belgians today. This was articulated around emblematic pieces by André Souris, friends and with texts and poems by Paul Nougé.
