Sections in Classical Music
As each instrument group and music specialization has its own educational needs, the Classical Music programme is divided up into sections:

|Woodwinds||flute and piccolo, clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, alto oboe, bassoon, contrabassoon, saxophone|
|Brass||French horn, trumpet, trombone, saxhorn, tuba|
|Percussion||timpani, snare drum, xylophone, marimba, vibraphone, drums and multi-percussion set-up|
|String instruments||viola, cello, double bass, violin|
|Keyboard instrument||harpsichord and pianoforte, piano, organ, accordion|
|Plucked instruments||guitar, harp|

Instruments & specializations in Jazz
In the Jazz department, you have a choice of the following instruments or specializations: bass guitar, double bass, drums, flute, guitar, clarinet, piano, saxophone, trumpet, violin, and vocal studies. From your master years onwards, you can also choose Live Electronics. Other instruments are possible on request.
