Are you a dance artist and want to share your passion for dance? Are you curious about combining your artistic practice with a dynamic job in education or the social artistic sector? In the Bachelor of Education, specialisation Dance you will develop into an authentic, inspiring and versatile Teaching Artist.

Educational master in Music & Performing Arts, specialisation Dance

The educational master in Music and Performing Arts, specialisation Dance educate passionate and committed talents to become Teaching Artists: unique artistic and pedagogical personalities whose professional expertise, know-how and creativity enable them to play an active role in the artistic landscape, education, the arts education sector and society.

A broad base of artistic, educational and cultural competences, in both theoretical and practical contexts, will support you to develop your own vision and a personal teaching style as a Teaching Artist. Individual coaching is integrated within the programme, supporting your individual needs and learning path. -

The educational programme is embedded in the School of Arts of the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp and is part of the Department of Education and Training. Collaborations are encouraged with Teaching Artist music and drama students, with other programmes in the Conservatoire, with the international arts campus DE SINGEL and with the professional working field offering diverse opportunities for students.
