Het jaarlijkse onderzoeksfestival ARTICULATE laat zien wat er leeft binnen de onderzoeksgemeenschap aan de Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten en het Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen.
Over disciplines, onderwerpen en methodieken heen, toont ARTICULATE hoe artistieke onderzoekspraktijken zich tot elkaar verhouden, met elkaar botsen of net raakpunten vinden.
Via een intens en soms explosief programma van research classes, concerten, performances, lezingen, toonmomenten en werksessies, veroorzaakt ARTICULATE een trilling binnen de Schools of Arts, maar ook daarbuiten.
ARTICULATE houdt niet vast aan vooraf gedefinieerde codes of finaliteiten, maar creëert kansen tot verrassende ontmoetingen, momenten van samen stilstaan, kijken, luisteren, aftasten en in gesprek gaan. Ontdek op deze zesde editie van ARTICULATE hoe artistiek onderzoek via verbeelding, subversie, schoonheid of verwarring alternatieve inzichten en mogelijkheden kan genereren.
